    A top view of the boiler oil tank, showing the exposed penetrations (3off) allowing rain to enter the tank. This has contaminated the tank and flushed oil out, killing the grass in the immediate area.

    Meter reading after I found an electric panel heater fully on. This is now also turned off.

    Meter reading AFTER I found that the hot water immersion was still turned on. Now the immersion is turned off.

    Grass killed by oil leak from vandalised pipe (cut through). Tank has filled with rainwater and this has overflowed from the tank and out onto the grass and collected in a natural dip. This has now started to flow eastward (to the right in the photo).
